No-Bake Caramel Apple Cheesecake

Here’s the last of our Thanksgiving recipes!! If you are running out of time and needing an easy dessert recipe, this is as EASY as it gets. You don’t even need an oven for this one. The Apple Pie Cheesecake mix to the rescue!!

Ingredients:
1 package Apple Pie Cheesecake Mix
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
Caramel sauce – jarred, or make your favorite one
8” graham cracker crust
pecans, optional

Instructions:
Blend softened cream cheese with the Apple Pie cheesecake mix. Fold in the cool whip. Pour into prepared pie shell. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the pie. Garnish with pecans if desired. Chill at least one hour before serving. That’s it! Enjoy!!!
